 The office is located in a building shared with other wellness practitioners. To ensure that all clients have an uninterrupted experience, I kindly request that children not be brought to adult appointments. 

I understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise. If this happens, please contact me prior to your appointment so we can determ

I understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise. If this happens, please contact me prior to your appointment so we can determine if rescheduling is the best option. I want to ensure you have a focused and uninterrupted experience, so we can make the most of your time and accomplish everything you need.

 If you need to reschedule, I kindly request a 

48-hour notice. If less than 48 hours' notice is given, a rescheduling fee may apply.

If you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, it will be necessary to reschedule. A rescheduling fee may apply.

In order to provide the standard of care expected of me as a licensed independent hyg
